Tutoring Policies
Cancellation

12+ hours notice: No fee (full flexibility)

3-12 hours notice: 50% fee

Less than 3 hours: 100% fee

Cancellations due to sickness or emergencies are void of the fee.
No-Shows
No-shows are subject to a 100% fee. Tutors will wait 5-10 minutes until a no-show fee will be applied.​
Reschedules
Rescheduling a class:​

12+ hours notice: No fee
-
3-12 hours notice: 25% fee
-
Less than 3 hours: 50% fee

Reschedules must be made within the week of the scheduled time period.
Homework
We expect our students to complete the homework given to them unless they experience an emergency or change of schedule. This allows our students to spend their time most efficiently with us instead of reviewing material we previously covered.
